Diatech Industries manufactures a full range of electroplated diamond and CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) tooling, along with diamond grinding paste and lapping compound, made to precise grit and micron specifications for precision engineering, tool-making, and manufacturing applications. We supply workshops across South Africa working with tungsten carbide, hardened steel, and other hard materials.

Ripping Pins / Polishing Pins
- 3mm, 6mm, 8mm (6mm shank)
- Angles available: 6°, 8°, 10°, 12°, 14°, 16°, 18°, 20°

CBN Profile Wheels
- Hook angle 10/30, 127mm
- Other profiles and diameters available on request
- Grit sizes: B181, B126
Diamond Files
- Diamond needle files, 3mm/4mm × 160mm long
- Shapes: half round, triangular, round, pillar, flat, knife, square
- Grit sizes: D126, D91
Diamond Paste / Grinding & Lapping Compound
- Also known as diamond grinding paste, lapping paste, or polishing compound (same product, formulated for grinding, lapping, and polishing applications)
- Oil or water soluble, low, medium, or high concentration
- Available in 5ml, 10ml, or 20ml syringes
- Micron sizes: 0–2, 2–4, 3–6, 4–8, 6–12, 10–20, 15–30, 30–60
Strip & Re-plate
- Worn electroplated tools stripped and re-plated, a cost-effective alternative to buying new

- Bandsaw blades, diamond saw blades, diamond wheels, rock drill sharpeners, diamond profile wheels
